The Courses
An essential part of safe manufacturing is the evaluation of processes and plant to identify sources of hazard and to prescribe practical safety measures. To do this effectively requires a technical understanding of process safety and the practical experience of implementing safety measures in plant.
Chilworth Technology has put together a series of training courses which have been designed to show how both operational and chemical hazards in manufacturing processes can be systematically identified and assessed, and how the most appropriate basis of safety is selected and implemented.
Who Should Attend
Courses are suitable for staff from the chemical and processing industries, including bulk and finished pharmaceuticals, bulk and fine chemicals, detergents and soaps petrochemicals, food and drink, plastic and rubbers, metals, textiles, paper and lumber, agrochemicals, and dyes and paints.
In-Company Training
All of the courses listed can be conducted in-house. During an in-company training course, a Chilworth Technology safety specialist will travel to the company's facility and the course is given on-site. The advantages of having an in-company course is that for one fixed price the course can have 25 to 30 attendees and course contents can be tailored to specifically meet the company's safety needs.
