In addition to consulting, David has served as a Corporate Process Safety Manager and site Safety Manager. His areas of expertise include Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) (including Layer of Protection Analysis), process safety management (PSM) auditing including the auditing of process safety culture, and inherent safety analysis.

Peter Engstrom, CSP, PE has 30 years of industrial experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum production/drilling and refinery industries as a process engineer and safety specialist. Mr. Engstrom is an experienced and certified PHA/LOPA Leader, Incident Investigation Leader, and Professional Training Developer. Mr. Engstrom’s experience includes both Process Safety and General (Personal) Safety, including procedure writing and Behaviour Safety implementation. Mr. Engstrom’s expertise includes: 1) Process Hazards Analysis (PHAs) using the HAZOP, FMEA, PrelimPHA (HAZID), and What-If Techniques, 2) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Incident Investigation, 3) PSM and RMP Program Development and Auditing, 4) OSHA 1910 and 1926 Compliance and 5) Safety Training using Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI).

Brian Kingsley is a chemical engineer with more than 25 years of combined consulting and manufacturing experience. Brian developed his skills in Process Safety Management Process Safety Training, Chemical Process Design, Project Management, Construction Management and Technology Transfer while working for Chemtex International, Akzo Nobel and Firmenich. Brian has managed the design, construction, start-up and maintenance of numerous chemical-processing facilities throughout the world. The combination of safety consulting with practical field experience in multi-national environments makes Brian a prime resource.

We invite you to read their biographies as well the biographies of our other expert consultants on our website at: http://www.chilworth.com/aboutus.cfm
